Prestwood Builders Ltd, formerly named Peter Dale Builders are a family owned company formed in 1979, specialising in all contract building works, throughout the West Midlands sector.

The company has grown and has become a well-established company within the West Midlands employing 8 full time staff and 5 office staff, which include Contract Manager, accountant, Secretary and Directors. We have always maintained our initial value of service, value for money, professionalism with customers and employee satisfaction.

We recognise the importance of customer satisfaction and state of mind. We are currently members of NHBC and FMB, which both give a guarantee of a professional work outfit.

Prestwood Builders is a family owned and run company priding itself on ensuring projects are completed on time, and within the budget and always to the customer's approval whilst relying on proven experience and knowledge to further the aims of the company. As a multi-tasking company, the majority of our undertakings are completed in house. Although if any sub-contractors are required they offer highly competitive rates and their services can be passed on to you.
